1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility
Users must:
● Be at least 18 years of age, or have lawful guardian consent
● Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
● Not be barred under applicable law
3. Account Responsibilities
You agree to:
● Provide accurate information
● Maintain confidentiality of credentials
● Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
4. User Content
Users retain ownership of content uploaded to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, modify for technical purposes, promote, and monetize such content.
Users represent that they have all necessary rights and permissions to upload content.
5. Monetization Policy
Monetization is subject to:
● Platform eligibility requirements
● Compliance with community guidelines
● Valid engagement metrics
● Anti-fraud verification
Revenue share percentages and policies may be revised at Company discretion. Artificial engagement, bots, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate suspension.
6. Prohibited Content
Users shall not upload or distribute:
● Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
● Hate speech or discriminatory content
● Explicit sexual content
● Copyright-infringing material
● Content promoting violence
The Company reserves sole discretion to remove content.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, technology, patents, and platform features are the exclusive property of Twenties Entertainment Private Limited.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts:
● For legal compliance
● For fraudulent conduct
● To protect platform integrity
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or error-free service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
● Loss of profits
● Revenue loss
● Data loss
● Indirect or consequential damages
11. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from:
● Uploaded content
● Violation of rights
● Breach of these Terms
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
